- Milestone-based payments: 25% after completion of each milestone
- Final payment: 25% after project completion
Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation before project commencement: 100% refund
2. Cancellation after project commencement: 50% refund
3. Cancellation after milestone completion: no refund
